Andrew Liu is the Chairman of Unitas Capital and the founder of the firm. Mr. Liu previously served on the boards of Air International and as Chairman of the Board of Mando. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Liu spent 17 years with Morgan Stanley in New York and subsequently, as the President and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited based in Hong Kong. Mr. Liu was formerly a member of the Stock Exchange Council of Hong Kong and its Listing Committee. He is also a non-executive director of Liu Chong Hing Investment Ltd, the listed parent of Chong Hing Bank Limited, a position he has held since 1979. Mr. Liu is a member of the World Presidents' Organization, a worldwide organization of Chief Executive Officers. Mr. Liu holds an M.A. from the University of Oxford.

John Lewis is the Chief Executive Officer of Unitas Capital and a founding member of the firm. He is currently on the boards of Hyva and Jiahao Foodstuff. Mr. Lewis previously served on the boards of Sensata Technologies, Edwards Group, Exego, Air International, KD Blue Sky Technologies, Mando and Rhythm. He began his career in the Merchant Banking Group of Chase Manhattan in New York and has been working in private equity in Asia since 1994. Mr. Lewis holds a B.A. phi beta kappa from the University of Virginia and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Anurag Mathur is a Partner of Unitas Capital. Mr. Mathur is currently on the boards of Babela's, Jiayo Noodle and ZNV. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Mathur was a Director with Chase Capital Asia Technology Advisors, a J.P. Morgan Partners-affiliated direct investment fund focused on investments in technology companies in Asia. Prior to this, Mr. Mathur worked for three years with Indocean Chase Capital Advisors, where he focused on direct investments in India. Previously, Mr. Mathur worked with Peregrine Capital in India as a research analyst covering the metals and heavy engineering sector. Mr. Mathur holds a B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute Management, Ahmedabad.
